Wisdom of the Heart

In the book, The Revealing Word, Charles Fillmore says: “The heart, however, is but the visible expression of the invisible center of consciousness. It is the center from which the divine substance is poured forth.”

The Divine substance that pours forth is the Wisdom of the Heart. The Wisdom of the heart surpasses all understanding. You can have several PhDs, be a Rhodes scholar with an IQ of 140 and all that knowledge that you have accumulated could not begin to equal the Wisdom and understanding of the Heart.

Your brain is a tool to interpret all the signals that it is receiving from its internal and external environment. The brain uses your experiences, beliefs, emotions, and perceptions to interpret these signals. Often, those experiences no longer apply to you, the beliefs you have may be limiting and the perceptions are from your ego. And yet, you are allowing your brain to tell you how you should feel and what you should do about any situation, circumstance, or person.

Your brain is a tool, just like a hammer. Can a hammer tell you how to build a house? Then, why would you let your brain tell you how to build your life? Your heart on the other hand has a deep inner knowing that comes from Divine Mind; a knowingness that does not require thought, consultation, or examination. It only requires that you be open and receptive to it and surrendering to Truth. When you combine the clarity of your Spiritual intuition with the wisdom of the heart. You are then able to discern what is the highest and best for you in any situation.

We know from scientific research that your heart is an electromagnetic organ that is made up of primarily neural cells that store memory and knowledge, that significantly affects how we view the world.

white abstract lights

The energy field of your heart extends outside your physical body and is many times more powerful than the brain. An example of how this energy shows up in your life, is when you meet someone for the first time and immediately experience a connection or dissonance with them.

The ego attaches itself to sense consciousness, it builds an image of man that is not of Truth, but rather based in fear, uncertainty and unfulfilled expectations. When you don’t want to put yourself out there for fear of being let down and you think your heart has been hurt in the past, what was really being hurt was the ego; the false narrative, limiting beliefs, and unreasonable expectations of the ego; the ego that is based on the illusion of you being separate and apart from all there is. What is hurt is the ego which needs you to believe the illusion to survive; the ego that makes you feel like your heart needs to be protected.

Your heart doesn’t need to be protected. Your heart is here to protect you. You see with the spiritual intuition and the inner knowing of the heart, you can discern between truth and illusion, jealousy and love, your ego and your authentic self. Your heart senses any unusual shifts in the universal divine flow of life before your brain can.

Science has been able to measure the collective feeling of sadness and loss felt by the world when there are tragic and catastrophic events of loss of life. Your heart can feel these events even if they happen halfway across the globe before you ever hear about it on the news. Conversely, scientists have also been able to measure the collective feelings of joy, happiness, and excitement at events like a royal wedding, or saving lives after challenging events.

Your heart has a wisdom that does not need to be justified, thought about, or questioned. It has an intelligence based on the inner knowing that comes directly from Divine mind. And once you learn to get rid of the mind chatter and external distractions and tap into the Wisdom of the heart. And Trust that wisdom you will find that your heart has been the one protecting you all this time. IT reminds me of the quote from Rumi, “Your heart knows the way, run in that direction.”

Take time to meditate. It will help you reduce the distractions of the outer world and the mind chatter of the brain. It will also allow you to get to know the voice of your heart. One you do that, being open and receptive to giving and receiving love will become natural. trusting the guidance and wisdom of your heart will become easy. And life will be all the more beautiful.

Today’s affirmation:

“I Trust in the Wisdom and Guidance of My Heart.”

The Wisdom of Grieving

Earlier this week, my Uncle made his transition. His name was Lionel Augustus Pitts, but he was affectionately known as Uncle Bian. And since this is the month of wisdom, I thought I would speak with you about the Wisdom of Grieving.

In New Thought, our view on death varies from the traditional view of death. We believe that life is eternal. We believe that there is a physical death that occurs. When the soul, the individuated expression of Spirit, no longer has use for the physical body. It will shed the body and move on, whether it is to another body, another plane of existence or back to the Divine source of life. We call it life after life. Every soul has a unique energy signature. And that energy signature will always exist. This is not only the belief of New Thought and many other religious and Spiritual traditions.

This is a scientific fact. Science has proven that everything is pure energy including man. The law of conservation of energy states, that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but only changed from one form into another or transferred from one object to another.

In the past, four years, I have had 4 uncles and one brother transition, beyond other friends and family members. This perspective or view of death has brought a measure of comfort to me as family and friends have transitioned. So, the question is. If we believe that life is eternal, and the soul of a person never dies, why do we grieve? Or better yet what is the purpose of grieving?

We grieve because we are mourning the loss of the physical representation of the soul. When the frequency and vibration of the soul becomes focused and concentrated, it manifests physically as a body. The purpose or process of grieving helps us to make sense of this loss mentally, emotionally and physically.

Mentally, when you experience the loss of a friend or family member, your brain will sense that an energetic shift has occurred in your environment. Remember the focused and concentrated energy that was that physical representation of that person has now dissipated back into the universal divine source of energy. In trying to deal with this shift in energy, the brain will produce a flood of neurochemicals and hormones. This flood can cause a disruption in the normal flow of hormones which can result in symptoms, such as disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, fatigue, and anxiety.

When those symptoms converge, your brain function takes a hit. After all, if you’re overwhelmed, it stands to reason that you won’t absorb your environment the same way you would when you are content.

Emotionally, every relationship that we have is a mirror. A mirror designed to show us the perceptions that we have of ourselves, and the perspective we have on life. These mirrors are often tied to our emotions such as fear, guilt, anxiety, self- worth. When we lose those mirrors not by choice but by death, we sometimes lose perspective and in turn lose the ability for self-examination and introspection. And until we can re-establish another mirror or realize that we no longer need that mirror, life can be very unsettling.

Physically, every person has their own energy signature. Remember the body temple is a concentration of focused energy, frequency, and vibration. Every relationship that we have creates a co-mingling of energy signatures. Whether we deem those energy signatures to be good or bad, beneficial or non-beneficial, we have become accustomed to them or even comforted by them. When that body dies and the energy signature is disbursed back into the Universal Divine Energy. Your body is affected often moving into what is known as fight-or-flight mode because that which you have been accustomed to or that energy signature that has comforted you is no longer there. Your body’s, sympathetic nervous system will begin to produce stress hormones. Prolonged exposure these stress hormones can cause harmful physical symptoms such as headaches, lowered immunity, insomnia, digestive problems, aches, pains etc. that can lead to long term dis-eases if not dealt with.

These mental, emotional and physical symptoms of loss are the reason we need to employ the wisdom of grieving. There are generally five stages of grief. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. There is no correct order or time frame for each stage of grief, neither is it necessary that you will go through any or all stages. But being open to experiencing them will help you better deal with and move through the mental, emotional and physical symptoms that you may experience after the loss of a loved-one.

Employing the wisdom of the grieving process means acknowledging your pain. Suppressing your pain and not acknowledging the hurt can cause your brain to misinterpret what is going on in your environment and send the wrong signals and instruction to your body about what to do to return to balance. This only prolongs the grief and can create unexpected mental dis-eases. Trust that your brain can and will function best when it has access to truth what is going on.

Accept that many different and unexpected emotions can and will be triggered as you move through the grieving process. Recognizing that you’ve lost, must re-establish or finally give up the mirror provided by that relationship will help you to move through the grieving process with less conflict with others and more importantly less conflict with yourself.

Finally, you must move. Sometimes, we get stuck in this uncomfortable frequency and vibration created by the loss of a loved- one. Exercising is a way to shift your frequency and vibration until you can find a new balance in the universal divine flow of life. Exercising also helps to kick in the parasympathetic nervous system that helps bring your body back to homeostasis and balance after it has been flooded with all the stress hormones. Remember, we are all made up of energy and energy is not meant to be stagnant. Whether its yoga, walking, gardening, or swimming, continue to move, and you will find yourself back in the Universal Divine Flow of Life.

This Daily Dose is dedicated to uncle Bernard, Uncle George, Uncle Ned, Uncle Bian, my brother Mark and all my other family members and friends who have shared this world with me as beautiful, unique individual expression of Spirit. I love you all.

Living in the State of Gratitude

Namaste and Good morning All. My name is Rev. Drea your Thankfulness tour guide, and welcome to the State of Gratitude.

THE MOTTO OF OUR STATE IS:

“Gratitude opens the door to…the power, the wisdom the creativity of the universe.  You open the door through gratitude.” ~ Deepak Chopra.

We are so excited that you have chosen to live in the State of Gratitude. As your tour guide and welcoming committee there are a few things that I want to share with so that your transformation will be easier.

First, you will notice a shift in your frequency and vibration: living in a State of Gratitude will raise your energy signature to its optimal level. You will begin to feel more vibrant & alive and will almost immediately begin to shed stress and anxiety. You know that all those negative energies you tend to accumulate when you choose to live in the states of dis-ease and fear.

The next thing you will notice is that the State of Gratitude is somewhat like the state of Georgia. You know there are over 30 streets with the name Peachtree. Well, there are well over forty streets named Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction Way, Law of Attraction Blvd, Law of Attraction Circle. The list goes on and on. So, I suggest you learn how best to navigate the Law of Attraction, because you cannot help but to run into that law everywhere you go.

The capital of the State of Gratitude is Abundance & Prosperity. That is because we recognize that the more you live in the State of Gratitude, the more you have to be grateful for. Our state budget has always operated in the black. That is because the State of Gratitude has unlimited resources of compassion, kindness, Divine wisdom, universal intelligence and Spiritual knowledge.

Our natural resources are never in danger because there is a Universal Divine flow of life and love that love that constantly flows throughout our state. All life is nourished and fed from this flow.

And finally, the most important thing about our state is that everyone is of service to everyone else and to the planet. And that is because when you live in the State of Gratitude you recognize that we are one. As one of our notable citizens, Rev. Sharon Thompson always says: “We are One in Love, One in Spirit, One in Truth and One in God.”

When you are being of service to someone else, you are being of service to yourself. When you are affirming success and prosperity for someone else, you are affirming it for yourself, when you help take care of the planet you are caring for the world. And when you are sharing love with others, you are in turn sharing it with yourself. Don’t worry being of service to yourself, the planet and to others comes naturally when you are living the State of Gratitude.

This is the end of our brief Welcome tour. I am so excited that you have chosen to live in the State of Gratitude. I guarantee that the more you live in the State of Gratitude, the happier, kinder, more compassionate, loving, abundant and prosperous you will be.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I Choose to Live My Life in a State of Gratitude”

International Woman’s Day 2019

Namaste and good day all. We interrupt our regularly scheduled broadcast of the Daily Dose of Truth for some breaking news from station WTRUTH. I am Rev. Drea, your Truth reporter coming to you live from the Universal Divine Flow of Life with a special report on International Women’say 2019.

Every 8th of March is a UN observance called “International Women’s Day.” The first women’s, day was actually on 28 February and held in New York City in 1909 by the American Socialist Party. The 8th of March date springs from the holiday kept by Soviet Russia, commemorating the Russian Revolution, which actually began with an uprising of women textile workers, in 1917, during World War I. It was only in 1975 that International Women’s Day was declared a UN observance and began to be celebrated by non-Socialist countries. Today, it is meant to commemorate the struggle for women’s rights and gender equality. And it looks back to roots in various labor movements of the early 1900s. On this day each year, there are special media campaigns, women’s rights events and exhibits, and fundraising campaigns for various women’s rights causes.”

In honor of this year’s International Women’s Day, I will talk to you about a very special Truth Student name Aung San Suu Kyi.

“A Burmese opposition politician Suu Kyi is the very definition of courage and strength. She was under house arrest for 15 years for her pre-democracy campaigning. Shen only gained release in 2010 following an international campaign to let her free. She won a Nobel prize in 1991 where it was said that ‘Suu Kyi’s struggle is one of the most extraordinary examples of civil courage in Asia in recent decades.’”

(www.emlii.com/9146884/31-most -Inspiring-Women-who-changed-the-world.)

The following are few quotes from Ms. Suu Kyi that shows how she uses the Spiritual faculty of Strength, and a few key Spiritual Laws to live an Intentional Life.

“It is not power that corrupts but fear. Fear of losing power corrupts those who wield it and fear of the scourge of power corrupts those who are subject to it.” -Aung San Suu Kyi

With this quote Ms. Suu Kyi’s reminds us that we must be mindful to not let fear control our lives. Fear is a product of the ego. And if we buy in to every fear that the ego tries to sell us, we will buy into the illusions of the error thinking and false belief that do not serve us. We must use the strength of our alignment with Spirit, to hold steadfast to the Truth and live an Authentic and Intentional life.

“By helping others, you will learn how to help yourselves.” -Aung San Suu Kyi

In this second quote, Suu Kyi shows us how to implement the Law of Giving & Receiving. By taking care of society and nature, you take care of yourself. It is the gift that keeps on giving, and it needs to be protected and nourished so that it can protect and nourish you. Not only will you be nourished, it will remind you of how you need to take care of yourself. The Universe, by the law, finds the best way to give back the energy that you give out. It will give it to you in the form of something that you do not have with you. It gives you in multiples, when it is most appropriate, in the most appropriate form.

“If you choose to do something, then you shouldn’t say it’s a sacrifice, because nobody forced you to do it.” -Aung San Suu Kyi

This final quote shows Ms. Suu Kyi’s belief in the Law of Sacrifice as explained by Raymond Holliwell. In order to become the best expression of your self, you must be willing to put in the work to master, your craft until it is fully revealed. “It is painstaking, scientific, technical discipline that produces results” (Holliwell, p. 156).

There is no sacrifice. It is a choice between instant gratification now, or long term permanent growth. Your authentic self will require you to put in the work to become its master, “magical results come not by chance or accident, but from discipline. Discipline that is consciously chosen, ardently desired, and patiently persisted” (Holliwell, p. 155).

MS. Suu Kyi is not only an exceptional politician and human being she is also a Master Truth Student. And we can definitely follow her example of using the spiritual faculty of strength, with the Spiritual Laws to live a life of Intention. This has been Rev. Drea your Truth Report with another Special Report from station WTRUTH.

Today’s Affirmaton:

“Everyday I inhale courage and exhale fear.”

Super Full Blood Wolf Moon: A tool for Intentional Living

This Sunday, January 20 through Monday, January 21 is a special event that is occurring in the night sky. It will be a Super Full Blood Wolf Moon. A Super moon happens when the moon is closest to Earth.  A Blood Moon occurs when the moon, earth, and sun are aligned, and the moon passes into earth’s shadow at the time of a total eclipse, it will turn a deep red, creating a blood moon. The first full moon of the year is known as the wolf moon.

The energies of a full moon are pretty strong to begin with. But with the addition of a total lunar eclipse you then have an energetic event that will benefit you if you to take advantage of it. Reaffirm your Intentions and acknowledge, strengthen and honor your alignment to Spirit. The extraordinary energy of this lunar event can affect all three facets of your being on this earth plane – Mind, Body, and Soul. Below are some symptoms you may feel:

Mental & Emotional Level

The feminine energy of a full moon guides you toward the shadowy depths within your heart and mind. It reflects and brings up those negative thoughts, ideas, and emotions that have been hiding in the deepest, darkest places. It causes you to become acutely aware of the error thinking and overwhelming feelings of fear and uncertainty that have been holding you back from fully committing to your Intention for 2019. During this time, you can feel more sensitive, anxious and withdrawn. This is due to the heightened emotions that you are experiencing. At this same time, the moon will be closer to the earth providing greater exposure to the therapeutic and healing energy found in the rays of the super moon. This Lunar energy will give you the guidance and support to sort through what has come up for you and help you to release those things which no longer serve you. It will clear the way for a rebirth, renewal and re-commitment to all you intend for 2019.

Physical Level

The heightened emotions, sensitivity, and anxiety you may experience can leave you feeling drained and lethargic. It may interrupt your sleep pattern, causing irritability and tiredness. This happens when you are not aware of how the moon is affecting you. Instead, of fighting or trying to ignore what is coming up for you during the Lunar Eclipse. Be open, receptive and responsive to how Spirit is guiding to reveal your Authentic Self.

Spiritual Level

During this Super Full Blood Wolf Moon, you are being nudged toward releasing the control that you ego has asserted, so as to allow the Authentic Self participate fully in your Spiritual Unfoldment. The Ego often causes a misalignment between your thoughts, words, and actions and your Intention. This can leave you feeling stagnant, off balance and separated from the Divine energy of the Universe. This feeling of disconnection can cause you to forget your alignment to Spirit. However, this energy of the Full moon is here as an example of your connection and oneness to the universe. It is a reminder that the universal source of knowledge, wisdom, love, health, and abundance is always flowing, and you have the ability to tap into it at any time. You are always in alignment with Spirit.

It reminds me of the following quote:

“Eclipses are really a guiding hand from the Universe and reveal to us the next chapter of growth that is getting ready to unfold for us.”

-Tanaaz

As your Spiritual Chiropractor, I have a few adjustments to suggest. These adjustments that will aid you in recommitting to your Intention and Acknowledging, Strengthening and Honoring your alignment with Spirit.

First Adjustment

Take time to meditate. In this time of meditation and Intentional stillness, you will be able to focus on what Spirit is revealing to you and how to release it. Get rid of the old worn out negative thoughts and belief and embrace the transformation and change. This will provide mental and emotional clarity needed to acknowledge your alignment with Spirit.

Second Adjustment.

Become Active. Exercise, do yoga, take a walk, run, stretch, have sex. This will increase the oxygen and blood flow in your body. It will remove the feeling of stagnation and will encourage the cycle of sleep and rest that will bring balance back to your body. Becoming active will rejuvenate your body and strengthen your alignment with Spirit.

Third Adjustment.

Practice Self Care. Take time out to thank your body for all it does for you. Thank each and every intelligent cell for doing its perfect work and for housing your beautiful soul. Be grateful for all the lessons you have learned, the things you have had, and the experiences you have shared. And show appreciation for your Authentic Self. This State of Gratitude is the best way to honor your alignment with Spirit. The energy of this Super Full Blood Wolf Moon is expected to last until August so make those adjustments, reaffirm your Intention for 2019 and see how Awesome this year will be.

Today’s Affirmation is:

I am in alignment with my Intention for 2019.”

Expectancy Vs. Expectation

Last week I took a flight to New York City to visit my family to celebrate my Mother’s birthday. I always enjoy myself whenever I go home to visit. My goal for this trip was to recharge my batteries with the Love of my immediate family.

In the lead up to my trip, I have had a very busy week. I traveled to Augusta and Savannah during the first part of the week for work. I had several projects ramping up and one big one winding down. The project that is winding down is located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. I went to the airport on Monday morning to check out the project and saw excessively long lines at the security checkpoints. I was taken a back because it wasn’t a holiday. Then, I realized that it was due to the government shutdown. I noted that I would need to leave home in plenty of time to make it through the security checkpoint for my flight later in the week.

When it was time to pack for my trip, I remembered what I saw at the airport earlier in the week and decided to change how I was packing for my trip. I normally check my bag. I do not like carrying too many things through the airport nor do I like dealing with a lot of bags on the plane. But I thought better of it for this trip. I was not sure how much of the airport’s services would be affected and thought better of checking my bag. So, I sat down and took some time to think about what I would pack to make sure I had everything that I needed but that my bags would not be to heavy or cumbersome for me to carry. This made me realize, that although my goal was to enjoy my family, I had certain ideas or expectations about how that would happen.

This was a wonderful exercise because it was a reminder for me about the difference between expectancy and expectation. When you set an expectation, you marry yourself to a particular outcome. In doing so you often set yourselves up for frustration and disappointment. Expectations can sometime lead to tunnel vision. You only see what you have allowed yourself to see. Then when the unexpected happens you are less flexible, less open to change, and sometimes unable to control your response to various situations.

When you set expectations, you are not living in the Now Moment. Expectations force you to anticipate what may happen in the future. A future that you could not possibly predict. You end up basing your predictions about the future on events and circumstances that happened in the past. Who you were in the past is not who you are now, and most definitely won’t be who you are in the future. You are an ever-evolving and ever-expanding being. So, what may have been true for the person you were, may not be true for the person you are now.

When you set expectations, you set limits for your abundant life. You literally put a box around the experiences you may have. You are so busy looking for your expectations that you don’t make time to for the new opportunity that the universe has offered you. You are so disappointed about your expectations not being met that you can’t be happy or grateful for the new experiences that you are having. You are so blinded with frustration for not getting what you think you deserve that you can’t see as it says in Ephesian 3:20, “Spirit has done exceeding abundantly above all that you ask or think.”

Instead of setting expectations, have any expectancy of great things happening in alignment with your intentions for 2019. Expectancy allows you to see things a new. It helps you to have a different perspective, one that is open and receptive to the newness and expansion of life that happens in every present moment.

Expectancy is living in a state of Gratitude. It allows you to be appreciative for all that is, as it is. Living with Gratitude means you acknowledge that all is in accordance with your highest and best good.

Expectancy allows you to live in the now and follow the advise given in Matthew 6:34, “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself.”

Just this minor shift in how I saw my trip made a big difference in the way I packed. I decided to throw out all expectations for what would happen on this trip and instead created an expectancy of all good. Knowing that whatever my family planned and whatever we did or did not do would be just what we all needed and would be in Divine Order. It allowed me to be more efficient, to pack lighter and to be even more excited about my trip.

There was another by-product of this shift to expectancy instead of expectation. There was no line when I got to the security checkpoint and was able to sail through security, get to my gate early and relax until it was time to get on my flight. It reminds me of the following quote:

“When you release expectations, you are free to enjoy the things for what they are instead of what you think they should be.”

Mandy Hale

Remember expectations create limitations for your experiences. Expectancy makes room for the limitless possibilities of love, kindness, compassion and abundance. That is what is waiting for you in every now moment.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I See positive opportunity in each and every present and perfect moment.”

2019 – The Year of Intentional Living

Happy New Year!! We have made it to the beginning of another year – 2019.  Now is the time that many people are setting goals and making resolutions. Here is some information that I found about New Year Resolutions:

According to an article online from k-international “making resolutions is a tradition that dates back to the ancient Babylonians, possibly as much as 4,000 years ago. The ancient Babylonians celebrated the New Year on the first new moon after the spring equinox. They called it Akitu, and it was a major festival that lasted 11 days. During the festival, the Babylonians made New Year’s resolutions to keep themselves in good standing with the gods.
The spread of “Resolution Writing’ can be credited to the worldwide Protestant movement. A 1951 study by sociologist Isidor Thorner found that the practice of making New Year’s resolutions was more common in countries with a strong Protestant influence…Protestant values of ‘life-long emotional discipline as well as an attempt to live up to rigorous standards’ have influenced the spread of New Years Resolutions among Protestant nations…Over time, as Protestant cultures became more secular, this tradition took on a more jovial tone, and eventually lost its religious connection.”

Although we have had 4,000 years of practice with writing resolutions, we have have not done such a great job at keeping them. A recent Forbes online article sited that, “research shows that most of us are doomed to fail at our pledges, especially as time goes on: while about three-quarters of people stick to their New Year’s resolutions during the first week of January, that figure drops to under half by June. ”

The number one reason for failed resolutions? Lack of a clear goal and an action plan. I believe that is because we are not clear about our intention. There is a distinct difference between a goal and an intention. A goal is an external result that we wish to accomplish. Intention on the other hand is an internal experience.
In his book the Power of Intention Wayne Dyer defines intention this way: “Intention is not something you do, but rather a force that exists in the universe as an invisible field of energy.”

In other words, when you set your intention you are declaring your individuated expression of that Divine Energy, your Authentic Self, the Truth of who you really are. It is not what you have or don’t have. It’s not what you do or don’t do. It isn’t even what you believe or don’t believe. It is how you choose to BE in this world. Intention as a state of being, is you living in alignment with the frequency and vibration of that Divine Energy.

So I Declare 2019 as the year of INTENTIONAL LIVING. That means having an awareness about how you choose to show up, what you choose to say, how you choose to be, and the goals you choose to pursue as it relates to the intention that you have set. Make sure that your choices are in alignment with your Authentic Self. Here are four suggestions that jump start you on your way to Intentional Living:

1. Be Faithful to your Intention

In order to do that you must know your intention. That means taking time to get still so that you can discern what the Universe has for you, how Spirit may be guiding you, and what is resonating with your frequency and vibration. Then you will have the clarity and focus to declare your intention. Once you do that then you can use faith as a catalyst to acknowledge those divine ideas, desires, and goals that are in alignment with your intention. Put an action plan in place to move towards accomplishing you goals and finally see yourself manifesting those desires that are for your highest and best good.

2. Live in the now

Remember Intention is not based on what you did or did not do. What you have or do not have. What you need or don’t need. All of those things are based on fixed point in the past which no longer exists, or some time in the future that has not yet happened. All we have is this NOW moment. How are you showing up NOW? How are you being NOW? Is your current state of being in alignment with your intention? Live in each present moment as your Authentic Self, and you will build momentum toward achieving your goals and so much more.

3. Be of service

Deepak Chopra puts it wonderfully when he says: “The universe operates through dynamic exchange . . . giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of Divine Energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we intend, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.” Participate fully in the Law of Giving and Receiving and you will notice a shift in your frequency and vibration that will positively affect the accomplishment of your goals and the manifestation of that which is for your highest and greatest good.

4. Live in a constant state of gratitude

Gratitude is the ultimate frequency and vibration of Universe. Gratitude is being thankful for the love, compassion, kindness, health, and prosperity that is the abundance of the Universe. Gratitude is acknowledging, strengthening, and honoring your alignment with the Divine field of energy or Intention of the Universe. Take time to reflect on all things you have to be grateful for.

Today’s Affirmation is:

I Intend to BE that which is for my highest and greatest good.
