CREATIVE VISUALIZATION 101

Namaste Truth Students. Rev. Drea here and I will be your TA for today’s Lab class.  Thank you for bringing your frequency and vibration to CREATIVE VISUALIZATION 101.  Today we are going to discuss how to use CREATIVE VISUALIZATION to activate one of the most powerful tools in your manifestation arsenal…. your imagination.  As your teaching assistant, I am here to support you in your unfolding awareness of the power of your imagination.

So let’s dive right in with a few reminders about our spiritual and natural laws.

First Spiritual Law– there is only one presence, one power, one Divine Creative Energy source of the Universe and it is called by many names, Divine mind, Universal intelligence, Divine Energy, Spirit, God. And everything including each and every one of us comes forth from that Divine creative energy.

Second Spiritual Law – we are made in the image and according to the likeness of this Divine Creative Energy, which means we are energy and have the ability to be creative as well.

“The Law of the conservation of Energy” – which states Energy can neither be created or destroyed, but it can change forms.

One of the tools we have to help us change or transmute the form of energy, to bring forth the invisible into the visible, to manifest our goals and dreams, to call forth that which we desire is our imagination.  It is a powerful manifesting tool.  And

CREATIVE VISUALIZATION is one way of using your imagination to help manifest the you desire for your life. This technique has been around for a long time and there is evidence-based research that it, time and time again. For example, there have been experiments with athletes running a race.   And the have diodes and nodes and so forth hooked up to them to measure their brain and muscle activity.  Then, they had those same athletes go into a meditative state and visualize themselves running their race, and the same brain activity and muscle fibers were fired up as if they were actually competing.  That is how powerful the imagination is. Creation happens twice.  First in the mind through thought, which is then followed by creation in the physical world.

Psychiatrist, Dr. Abigail Brenner says:

There are three requirements for CREATIVE VISUALIZATION to be fully effective
  • The desire to create what you have decided to visualize,
  • The belief in what you have chosen to attain through your visualization and the certainty that you will attain it, and
  • The acceptance of having whatever you have visualized as your goal.

These three things are crucial.  And they all come down to the same thing.  Do you believe that you can have, do, or experience what you are claiming? If not, why?  Is there a fear of failure or success, is there a feeling of unworthiness, is there someone else’s belief about you that you have accepted as your own.  If so, then CREATIVE VISUALIZATION and any other technique will only take you so far.

You must come to the divine revelation, spiritual understanding and/or conscious awareness that you, as a unique and individualized expression of Spirit are worthy of every Divine Idea that is revealed to you and through you.  And once you do that, once you internalize the truth of who you are.  Then, you can use CREATIVE VISUALIZATION and any other technique to activate your imagination, to manifest that which is for your highest and best good. Everyone has the ability to use CREATIVE VISUALIZATION as a tool to help achieve their desired goals

Here are a few steps that I am giving you as homework to help you get started:

Become Still

Use meditation, prayer or a breathing exercise. To free yourself from distracting thoughts and emotions.   This will make your visualization more meaningful and intense.

Engage Your Imagination

Once you have become still and start to feel yourself relax. Start visualizing in your mind’s eye exactly what you desire in vivid detail.  Imagine not only what it looks like, but what it smells like, what it sounds like, how it feels and even how it tastes, depending on what you are visualizing.  For example, if you are wanting to take a vacation to a beach.  Smell the sea air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.  Imagine yourself digging your toes into the sand.  Are you swinging on a hammock?  Are you with friends, a loved one or by yourself?  Get creative and be as detailed as possible

Hold Fast to the Feeling

Creating the detailed vision is the first part, but the magic happens in harnessing the emotions, and the feelings that you generated from your detailed picture.  For it is the emotion and feeling behind the CREATIVE VISUALIZATION that will be the momentum builder to help bring your vision to reality.  Hold fast to the excitement, the happiness, relaxation, peace, joy, love and bliss from your visualization and continually affirm your belief that you already are that thing you are wanting to attract.

Repetition

Make CREATIVE VISUALIZATION a daily practice until it becomes a habit. You must be consistent in focusing on that which you desire. Put an affirmation about you goal on your bathroom mirror, your computer, your phone, near the coffee maker at the door when you are leaving the house, in your rear-view mirror.  Take time out in your day to affirm, reaffirm, and triple re affirm what it is you desire.  It should be the thing that is in the forefront of you mind.  Why?  Because there will be distractions, challenges, set-backs, detours.  And you must have cemented that laser focus to persevere through the noise. Distractions of everyday life.

You must be committed to achieving your goals.  There is no one else that can achieve your goals for you.  There is no one to blame and no excuses that will be satisfactory.  I can find a million plus stories of people that should not have done, had or experienced the amazing life they had due to circumstances that were no fault of their own.  But the reason they have such amazing lives is because they took responsibility and became the expert in their own lives.  They became the pro.  No one is saying that you have to be a superstar or famous or rich to be successful.  You just have to find your purpose and with dogged determination live it.

Do you know the difference between an amateur and a pro?  An amateur practices until they get it right.  A professional practices until they Can’t Get It Wrong.   That is the type of focus you have to have.  And if it is truly what you desire, and you believe in it with all your heart, mind, body and soul then it won’t be hard work.  Your faith will be activated, and it will be compelling work.  It will be what feeds your momentum. So, be the professional for whatever it is you desire. If it is to be the best best-friend then be it.  If it is to be the number one harmonica player, then do it.  If it is to mindfully experience in each end every present and perfect moment, then go ahead and experience it.

We will end todays CREATIVE VISUALIZATION Lab class with a poem that ends with an affirmation.

It was the favorite poem of one of the most gifted creative visualizers of our time.  Nelson Mandela drew strength from this poem every day of his incarceration as he visualized his freedom and the freedom of an entire nation.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I AM the Master of My Fate, I AM the Captain of My Soul.”

Full Strawberry Moon and Lunar Eclipse

I’m Rev. Drea your spiritual chiropractor and Truth reporter coming to you live from the Universal Divine Flow of Life, to share another instance of Divine order and Spiritual alignment in the universe.

Today we are welcoming the Full Strawberry moon and lunar eclipse. This event is the first in a trio of eclipses that will occur over the next few weeks. This is an extraordinary celestial phenomenon that is aligning with what we are experiencing right now.  The energy of this Full Moon and lunar eclipse is guiding us to stand strong, claim our power, and allow our inner voice to speak. This is a divinely timed event that is occurring as we are experiencing a global health crisis, economic uncertainty and Social unrest.

Although this time can seem scary, we must remember what it says in 2 Timothy 1:7

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Instead, we must recognize that we have been given this gift of incredible celestial energy that can help us to clarify the following:

What are we feeling about these events? Why we are having these feelings and how to process them? And how we can best express these feelings to promote inner healing for ourselves, support and encourage healing for our families and friends around us. And effect positive change and action for the world in general.

So how does  this Full Strawberry Moon and Lunar Eclipse help us do this?  There is an Ancient proverb that says:

“The sun sees your body.  The moon sees your soul.”

According to Naturopath and energy worker Simone Matthews,  “The moon represents our ‘inner world’, our hidden emotions, desires, fears/worries and our dreams.  It represents our feelings, and our unconscious beliefs.  The Moon offers us the ability to feel, learn from the past and creatively unlock and express our essence.”

During any normal full moon, we feel powerful emotional and physical energy, and go through mental processes that can cause tension & uncomfortable friction, but at the same time a greater amplification of our frequency and vibration. This exposure to the energy of the full moon compels alignment of the spirit, mind and body.

Eclipses are said to be harbingers of change — they usher in evolution. At a lunar eclipse, the shadow of the Earth falls across the face of the Moon bringing unconscious feelings to the surface, grounding them in reality.

In a lunar eclipse, the sun momentarily blocks the illumination that creates a full moon, it is a moment when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest revealing what is hidden in our subconscious or blocking us from seeing more clearly. Though the effects of a lunar eclipse can be overwhelming, it’s here to help you release what no longer serves you, so that you can move in the direction of your highest good.

The combination of the energies of the full moon and lunar eclipse is just what we need in this time of social upheaval.  Let’s harness these energies to become grounded in our truth, gain clarity on what is going on and how we feel about it; and discern what the next right step for each of us may be.

Scripture gives us a guide on how we can do just that in Phillipians 4:8:

“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.”

~ Lamsa Aramaic Bible

I have come up with a lunar ritual exercise to help you harness the energies of this full moon and lunar eclipse. You can find the full write up of this ritual by clicking here.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I stand strong, I claim my power, and allow my inner voice to speak.”

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse Ritual

This Ritual exercise is to help you harness the energies of this Full Strawberry Moon and lunar Eclipse:

You will need the following items:

  • A quiet place where you will not be disturbed (if possible, in sight of the full moon)
  • Candle
  • Sage
  • Journal
  • Crystals (optional): The three crystals that hold the strongest moon energies are Moonstone, Selenite, and Labradorite

Moonstone -represents a full moon. Enhances spiritual growth and psychic gifts.

Selenite – Represents a full Moon. Unblock stagnant energy , remove negative energy and magnifies the energy of other gemstones it is placed upon.

Labradorite – Represents an eclipsed moon. It is a stone of transformation,  that is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. It balances and protects the aura, raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies

Perform the following steps to harvest the powerful energy of this full moon and lunar eclipse:

Cleanse your Space with Sage

If you have them, put your crystals out around you. As they are charged by the energy of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse that will be permeating across the earth, your crystals will be vibrating very fast and the healing energy you receive from them will be very powerful.

BREATHE

Sit and take 5 slow deep cleansing breaths – in this moment focus only on your breathing, and the smell of your sage, incense or nature.

Light your candle

The spiritual act of lighting a candle is linked to enhanced intuition. Intuition can be very helpful when it comes to releasing negativity.

GO WITHIN

Be still in meditation and listen to the still small voice. Take time to tap into your intuitive guidance through meditation.

Journal

Take your journal and allow that still small voice to speak in and through your pen. Do not concerned about sentence structure, spelling, or punctuation.  Just allow it to flow.  When you have finished writing take a look at what you wrote:

With Clarity and Openness, Acknowledge what has been Revealed.

With Empathy and Kindness, Forgive and Release what needs to be Released.

With Gratitude and Love, Receive and Embrace what needs to be Embraced.

When you are done with this ritual, you will be grounded in a peace and strength that will allow you to stand strong, claim your power, and allow your inner voice to speak.

The Power of Your Words

Namaste All,

Last week, we talked about the power of the sound of your voice and how it connects you to the divine song of the universe.  Whether it was singing, speaking, rapping, sighing moaning, humming or even some guttural utterance.   There is power that comes from the use of your voice and sounds that come from it.

This week we’re going to speak about the Power of the Words that you use.

I came across the following quote:

“Some people speak like animals; their words have no meaning.  They chatter day and night like frogs in a well.   People have their own ways of talking, and they are all different.  You should think carefully before you speak. Words should be uttered with great discrimination.”

~ Sundardas

One key to achieving Spiritual awareness is to be intentional and careful about the words we use.   Words can be considered the currency by which thoughts take form in our minds, and are expressed outwardly.

Think of yourself as a composer, choosing your words as though you are selecting the notes, and chords that will make up the melody and soundtrack of your life.   The creative power of your thoughts and words along with all the thoughts and words included in the universal divine flow help to create the grand symphony of our collective lives.

Most of today’s social, education and political systems don’t really emphasize how important words are in creating our lives and our world.  These days, our politicians weave words together for two reasons :

  • To sow seeds of fear and mistrust that only they can protect us from or
  • To confuse us with non-sequitur speech, what is commonly known as “the pivot” instead of having honest dialogue about the things that are important to us.

The success of this kind of word play in the political arena is causing this kind of non-sequitur speech to creep into all areas of discourse in our lives.  This is having very real and unintentional consequences of creating a world of fear, mistrust and confusion.

Anyone who truly understood the power of words would be more careful to avoid such reckless and repetitive use of such negative, confusing and self-destructive speech.  With repetition, our words become more powerful and more engrained in our consciousness, of those who are receiving our words, and even in the collective consciousness of the entire world.  Words are powerful currencies that deserve great care, respect, and use.

We program ourselves with the words we speak.  Whether consciously or unconsciously.  If you have a habit of saying that people or situations make you sick, then don’t be surprised if that becomes manifested in your life.

It reminds me of the scripture, Matthew 15:11

“For what goes into your mouth will not defile you; but what comes out of your mouth that is what will defile you.”

Many ancient cultures, spiritual traditions and world philosophies assert that the entire world as we know it is created by words.  Words have power.  Therefore, we must respect this awesome power, and attend to how you are spending the currency of your words with at least as much cares as you watch your financial spending.

Many ancient cultures, spiritual traditions and world philosophies assert that the entire world as we know it is created by words.  Words have power.  Therefore, we must respect this awesome power, and attend to how you are spending the currency of your words with at least as much cares as you watch your financial spending.

The following are several tips to help us be more mindful of thoughts, ideas, and desires that we give voice to.

1.       Take time to become very clear about the world you wish to create for yourself.  That which you think about and dream about, you speak about.  It is not enough to know what you don’t want, because then you will be speaking about and lending power to what you do not wish to manifest into your life.   If you know what you want and focus on what you want, then you will use your God given power to call forth the life you desire for yourself and the world.

2.       Develop a vocabulary for your life. Find positive and constructive words that you can use in place of the negative self-talk that we consciously and unconsciously engage in.  For example, someone told me the other day that they will no longer say that they are going to or wanting to “lose weight” because they do not intend to find it again.D Not to mention there is nothing lost in divine Mind.   They replaced that phrase with “they are releasing the weight.”  It is only a change in one word, from losing to releasing.  But it makes so much difference in the energy that you bring to that topic.   Find words that will constantly infuse positive vibrations of love, happiness compassion and kindness into your life.

3.       Create a mantra, slogan, motto or affirmation for your life.  A phrase that will be easy for you to remember that you can you say that will raise your frequency and vibration.  A phrase that will dissolve the darkness and bring life into any situation or circumstance you are in.  A phrase that brings you back to this present moment and the abundance, prosperity and love that is always available to you.  A phrase that brings you back into alignment with your highest and best self.

The Power of your Voice

This month our Freedom Friday blogs will be focusing on the Spiritual faculty of Power and today we will be saying YES! to the Power of our Voice.

Today’s Scripture comes from St. John 1:1 “In the beginning was the word and word was Sound”

In the universe, everything has its own unique sound, whether animal vegetable or mineral, even silence has a sound. From time immemorial and from every corner of life, from the prophets of Israel, to the shaman of Africa, the medicine men of native America, to the elders and ancestors of our families they have all experienced the music of the universe and sung it back to us in ways that expressed a sacred unity with nature and have the power to heal us body, mind, and soul.

According to soulvoice.net, “the human voice is a mirror of our inner universe? Our voice reveals our moods, fears, intentions, thoughts, desires and reflects who we truly are. The sound of our voice can tell us more about a person than words can ever communicate. When we release suppressed emotions, which are stored in our bones, muscles, tissues and organs, we are in fact facilitating our own self-healing. When we allow ourselves to sigh, cry, groan or moan we feel a sense of freedom because we are bypassing our control mechanism, our conscious mind our ego that controls our speech and our voice.”

Think about it. There are times when we may experience a bout with laryngitis or a sore throat. Louis Hay in the book, You Can Heal Your Life, says that “it is because your voice is somehow being repressed. It can be the result of Holding in angry words. Either you are too mad to speak, or you have a fear of speaking up. Feeling unable to express the self.”

Not using our voice to effectively communicate can damage relationships with others. Doing this allows our egos to rule our behaviors perpetuating misunderstandings and judgment. Or, the limiting belief that we are sparing someone’s feelings or protecting ourselves from accusations and condemnation.

When in actuality using our voice and more specifically, the sound of our voice to honestly, intentionally and respectfully express our emotions helps us to trust ourselves to speak more authentically from a place of truth, and honors the listener to receive the message openly, mindfully and without judgment. It actually allows for a greater alignment and connection with those we are conversing with. Thereby healing our relationships.

According to Karina, an international sound practitioner “everything that has happened to you in your life culminates in the tone and the pitch of your voice and 80 percent of what we say is delivered by the tone of the voice.”

Many women have reported that the sound of their voice changes after pregnancy and childbirth. You will often note a change in a singer’s voice after giving birth. Showing us that monumental events in our lives like bringing a child into the world not only alter how we perceive and live our lives but can also change the voice and the sound that we give it.

The tone of our voice communicates more than the words we use. Words can easily be misinterpreted, but our tone of voice reveals our true intention. The voice is often the mirror of our character and personality. Our voice remembers those painful memories and experiences that what we have chosen to forget consciously or unconsciously.

The universe is shaped by the vibration and frequency of sound, and quantum physics tells us that the universe is a vast energy field. As a matter of fact. We each have our own energy signature. And that is the key thing to remember in all of this.

Just as John F Kennedy, Frederick Douglass, Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill used their outer voice as gifted orators that moved millions to action even war, so did Gandhi, MLK, Mother Teresa and the Dalai Lama used their inner voice of Spiritual strength that inspired millions to peaceful protests that moved seemingly immovable mountains of injustice and oppression and made way for a more just, peaceful and loving world. We all have the ability to shape our own universe with the sound of our voice.

First, use your inner voice to connect you to the Divine song of the universe. Feel your energy signature as it harmonizes with the melody of Divine Mind.

Second, use your voice to declare the intention, purpose, and direction of your life. Remember, what comes from the inside out, from the root of your tongue, the vibrations of your throat go out into the universe with your energy and will come back to you blessed and multiplied for your highest and greatest good.

Third, use your voice to support, inspire, and encourage others. If you reach but one person, you have done enough.

And finally, use your voice to express gratitude for everything you have received, are receiving and will receive in the future and you will want for nothing.

Today’s Affirmation is:

I Use the Power of my Voice to Shape this World for my Highest and Greatest Good.

An Attitude Adjustment for these challenging times.

Namaste All. I am Rev. Drea your Spiritual Chiropractor here to bring you a very special Attitude Adjustment.

I read two disturbing articles this week. The first was a series of stories about people fighting in stores over toilet tissue. In one case, a woman slapped another woman. In another case someone ended up in the hospital and still other people went to blows and were given citations for inappropriate behavior.

The second story was about a man in Tennessee that went on a 1300- mile road trip around Tennessee and Kentucky and purchased hoarded 18,000 hand sanitizers, masks and wipes. He then turned around and sold 300 of the sanitizers online at a huge mark-up of anywhere from $8 to $70 before Amazon has removed their listing due to price gouging. He is now under investigation by the Tennessee Attorney General.

After reading these stories, I am here to conduct and Attitude adjustment for our community, our country and our world. There has been a paradigm shift in our society that has led to a misalignment. Some of us in our global community have forgotten our humanity and the most important commandment in the Bible.

In Luke 10:27, Jesus instructs us to “Love your neighbor as yourself.” It is imperative that we do not allow this paradigm shift to alter who we fundamentally are as unique individuated expressions of God. As spiritual beings of love. And as human beings of decency. We should not be fighting with each other over material things. Especially, not things as basic as toilet paper, when we already all have a common enemy. And I do not mean the COVID 19 virus. I mean fear. Yesterday, New York City Mayor, Andrew Cuomo, expressed that fear not the virus is our biggest and most concerning infection.

Remember fear is the absence of love. The Love of self, love community and love of those less fortunate than us. In Matthew 25:40-45, it says ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’

In Love, we will only take what we know we need and not what we fear we will need. In Love, we will remember that our fellow man is also in need of these items. In Love we will remember that we are one, As Rev Sharon says, “one in love, on in Truth and one in God.” In the end, if we do not help our fellow man in crisis like these then we are truly only hurting ourselves in the long run.

Exodus chapter 16 it speaks of the time that people had been led out of Egypt and were in the desert and were hungry and discontent after 15 days, grumbling about food. And the Lord said “I am going to rain manna from heaven for you.  The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day.” Most did as they were told. Some tried to hoard some for the next day and by morning the supply was spoiled and filled with maggots. In this story, some in the community believed in lack and limitation, instead of the truth that there is always enough for all.

In every story I shared in the beginning the lack of humanity led to injury, arrest, even death threats. Outcomes not wanted and consequences yet to be fully realized.

The truth is that there is always unlimited abundance and prosperity. In every paradigm shift, we can do three things to resist fear, express love and remember our connection with the abundance and prosperity of the universe.

First, we must listen to the wisdom of our foundational principles to ground us in Truth: There is only one presence and power in the universe, we are one with that power. As such we are one with all there is, and all that we desire, need and want we are already in alignment with. So if we are grateful for what we do have, and know that if we stay open to Truth and Love we will route out fear and attract all the “manna from heaven.”

Second, we must use the spiritual laws to govern our thoughts and feelings. Remember that it is our thoughts that create the hell or heaven that we experience for every situation or circumstance that we face. Don’t forget that if we are grateful and thankful for what we do have, and are honest and clear-headed about we do need, want or desire, the supply will be there. And be open to how that supply comes. Remember expectancy not expectation. We have no idea how the universe will conspire to bring you what you need, but if you are open to and expectancy of good. Then, you will be sure to recognize the good when it comes.

And Third, we must employ the 7 Habits of highly effective people to help to order our steps. Habit #4 is Think Win/Win. Covey says “Win/win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win/win means that agreements are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying. With a Win/Win solution all parties feel good about the decision and feel committed to the action plan.”

The stories I shared earlier were about some negative paradigm shifts due to coronavirus. But for every negative shift, there are many more positive paradigm shifts that have resulted in Win/Win behavior. There is a distillery in GA that has chosen to stop making Spirits and to instead make hand sanitizers to give away. FEMA even approached them to buy the sanitizers from them for their use. And the distillery declined because they are going to make it and distribute them for free.

Celebrity chef Jose Andres saw an opportunity for a win/win. Instead of closing his DC and NY restaurants and having to lay off workers. Jose Andres turned his restaurants into community kitchens to employ his workers and provide food for those who will need it.

Even the gentleman who hoarded the sanitizers has since donated the majority of them to communities in Tennessee and Kentucky.

There are many stories of Win/Win scenarios that we can see as examples of how we can make a positive paradigm shift.

If we do just those things, listen to the wisdom of our foundational principles, use the spiritual laws to govern our thoughts and feelings, and employ the 7 Habits of highly effective people to help to order our steps. We will replace fear with love. Attract the abundance of Divine ideas and the prosperity of solutions to combat this situation. And come out on the other side with our humanity intact.

THIS ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT HAS BEEN SPONSORED BY SPIRIT AND BROUGHT TO YOU IN TRUTH.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I Employ Wisdom, Love and Right Action to create a Positive Paradigm Shift Today.”

March Worm Super Moon

Namaste All,

I am Rev Drea your Spiritual Chiropractor, welcome to the March Worm Moon.

This past Monday was the March Worm Moon Super moon.  The March full moon gets its name from Native Americans. The meaning of why it’s dubbed the “worm moon,” according to the Farmer’s Almanac, is “At the time of this Moon, the ground begins to soften enough for earthworm casts to reappear, inviting the return of robins and migrating birds — a true sign of spring. Roots start to push their way up through the soil, and the Earth experiences a rebirth as it awakens from its winter slumber.” The worm moon on March 1 welcomes the return of spring.

Full moons in general carry spiritual significance. It’s a time to flush things out of your system as a lunar cycle completes itself. Along with the moonbeams comes an illumination of energy. And it’s all for you to harness and produce something positive out of it. Focus on what’s holding you back from achieving your goals and meditate on how to let go or get over those hurdles.

As we head towards Spring’s arrival on the 19th of March, you will feel a lot of shifting energy around you as the energy of new beginnings rises up to greet us. The radiant full moon can be the spiritual night light we need for our souls. The worm moon is no exception.

This Worm moon is also a Super moon, which is a powerful time for meditation, self-reflection, healing and recharging.  As the earth begins to regenerate, so do we. Let those spiritual icicles melt and nourish the soil of your soul, so a new you can bloom.

Spring is also known to re-energize us to clean everything.  It is to no surprise then that the full worm moon also inspires this energy in us. It’s time to clean up more than our closet. Freshen up your attitude towards life. Spiffy up that vision board. As spiritual advisor Cherokee Billie reported, “trust that this is a good time of reflection and revising your journey in life. In the grand flow of life, these inward moving energies are conducive for fine tuning and helping to bring greater clarity, awareness, and focus.” It’s the perfect time to do a little spiritual fine tuning or Spiritual Spring cleaning.

Here are some things we can do to take advantage of the energy of this Worm Super moon and get us ready for the Spring equinox that will take place on March 19, 2020.

Mental Spring Cleaning/Emotional Spring Cleaning – We often lose momentum with the goals we have in our lives because we get stuck with the expectations that we have around them.   We have ideas about how these goals are to unfold, when it is going to happen and how the journey is supposed to look.  We must be willing to clean out these worn out ideas and feelings about how things are supposed to happen and be open unlimited possibilities of how your good can manifest.  What nature reminds us is that it is not about expectations, but of expectancy.   There are no two snowflakes that are alike, but we know that snow will fall.   Don’t be too rigid in the planning and execution of your goals.  Rather be focused on the frequency and vibration of achieving the goal. Capitalize on the momentum and the positive energy of the forward progress.  And you will be surprised and how the universe will conspire to help you manifest the desires of your heart

Financial Spring Cleaning – We are coming to the close of the first quarter of this 2020.  This is the time to review and reassess the financial budgets that you have created for yourself.  What kind of saving you have done this far and how you can tweak your finances in order to successfully reach your financial goals for this year.  Perhaps, we have gotten a raise, or added and extra bill like a new car.  Or have had some setbacks like some medical bills.   Spring reminds us that we must be flexible enough to adapt our plans and the tools we use to the ever-changing dynamics of this life.  And as we prune the dead leaves of budget that may no longer serve us, we make room for a more robust growth in our financial future.

Relational Spring Cleanings – There are people and relationships that we have been holding on to because we have become accustomed to those people being in our lives.  Even though they may be energy vampires to us.   We make keep them in our lives because we feel we can change them.   Or, for some reason we become martyrs somehow believing that we are responsible for them.   The Truth is that those relationships are unhealthy and being ruled not by friendship and love but by ego.  We must review and revise our view of these co-dependent relationships.  Allow yourself the space stand on your truth, and they will either evolve in relation to you or remove themselves from your life.  In either case, you have made room for the blooming of more healthy and supportive relationships to come.

Spiritual Spring Cleaning – Finally use the spiritual laws, the habits of success and the foundational principles of truth as your spiritual cleaning tools.  Your mops, brooms and cleaning clothes, to clear of the cobwebs of old outdated thoughts and ideas and make way for the newness of life.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I use my Spiritual cleansing tools to embrace the newness and nowness of life.”

Full Wolf Moon Lunar Eclipse

Friday, January 10, 2020 will be the first full moon after the new year, known as the “Wolf Moon”. As we have discussed, many times, before a full moon is a powerful time in which our emotions are brought to the surface for serious self-examination. This full moon will bring light to those dark places of our soul that we have conveniently hidden. We now have the opportunity to use our 2020 Spiritual vision to see what the Truth is for your vibrational frequency and alignment with the universe.

This is a special full moon. Not only is it the first full moon of the year, but we will also be experiencing a lunar eclipse. The first of four that will be occurring in 2020. That means that January 2020 is a power month that is all about recognizing, honoring and revealing your 2020 Spiritual Vision. This full moon will be filled with emotionally charged energy. Energy that will also help us look at the relational energies that we have allowed into our lives.

Take this time to gain clarity about your acquaintances, familial relationships, work relationships, and spiritual relationships. Recognize that you have the choice on how these relationships will or will not play a part in your life. Are these relationships energy vampires or are they supportive, encouraging and inspiring?

During a lunar eclipse, the veil between worlds is very thin to allow the energies of the universe to help release and make way for forward momentum and a greater expansion and awareness of conscious. We will all experience this energy differently, but we will experience it.

As the lunar eclipse helps you release, it is a great time to fill that void by setting your intentions and goals for 2020 and the decade beyond. I encourage you to take the next 28 days to sit with this Divine energy of the Full Wolf Moon Lunar eclipse and do the following:

  • Define the core values that will govern your life, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
  • Establish your intentions on how you plan to show up for yourself and for others. And finally,
  • Set your goals, for what you want to accomplish, which are in alignment with your core values and your intentions.

Once you do this work. You will gain the clarity and focus through your 2020 Spiritual Vision to move through any experience, whether simple or challenging, easily and effortlessly with grace.

Today’s Affirmation is:

“I Use my 2020 Spiritual Vision to experience life, easily and effortlessly with grace.”

Muhammad Ali…A Truth Student

Ladies and Gentlemen, we interrupt your regularly scheduled programming for a broadcast of a wonderful story of Spiritual Alignment. This is your Truth reporter Rev. Drea reporting from station WTRUTH. Now here is today’s headline:

Muhammad Ali is a truth student. Yes, folks, you heard it here first. Muhammad Ali is a truth student.

Sources have revealed several quotes from Mr. Ali that is undeniable evidence that this headline is true.

The first piece of evidence we have is the following quote from Mr. Ali:

There it is folks a quote about the Spiritual Faculty of Imagination. And Mr. Ali is right on target. As truth students, we know that Imagination is that spiritual faculty that helps us to create the life we want. One of the leading experts in the field of Imagination, Mr. Neville Goddard shared the following information: “…to manifest that which you desire you must see it them from the end. “

What does that mean? It means you have to imagine yourself already having that thing. So for example if it is a car you want, imagine how smooth the ride would be, listen to how the engine would purr, feel that comfy leather seat, smell that new car smell. Fully immerse yourself in the imagination of the experience of already having that car. Thanks to the imagination of the Wright brothers, we all have wings to fly. Muhammad Ali was brilliant at this. He eloquently declared his victory with poetic prose that helped us all to vividly out picture his wins. To watch the prediction of his win over Floyd Patterson, please click here.

The Second piece of evidence is this quote by Mr. Ali and it is a biggie:

Now, that quote is in spiritual alignment with one of the fundamental principles of New thought; the one that specifically talks about the Divinity of Humankind. We are made in the image and according to the likeness of Spirit. In essence as Spirit can create so can we create through our thoughts, words and imagination. As spiritual beings having this human experience we have the right and responsibility to become the best, and most expanded version of ourselves. And that is different for everybody, because we are all unique, individualized expressions of Spirit. As the quote indicates, Muhammad Ali was a master at this. He understood the Truth of his Divinity which allowed him to become one of our most beloved public figures.

The third and I think the greatest evidence of Muhammad Ali being a truth student is the use of the Spiritual Faculty of Power. He was a self-proclaimed big mouth and was not afraid to use his voice to declare his Truth. Whether it was the use of poetic prose to call forth victories, articulating his convictions in his stance against inequality and injustice of war, or declaring his right to worship Spirit as he saw fit. Muhammad Ali never forgot the power he had in the root of the tongue.

This is most evident in the affirmation he always said:

Well, there you have it folks this is Rev. Drea your Truth Reporter for station WTRUTH with another wonderful story of Spiritual Alignment brought to you from Source.

Today’s Affirmation is:

I AM the Greatest Expression of my Authentic Self.
